How do I unsubscribe from your postal and/or marketing e-mails?

If you wish to be removed from either (or both) our postal or e-mail lists, please e-mail us at enquiries@footballkit.co.uk, call us on 01943 601938, click the unsubscribe link on the marketing e-mail received or fill out our contact us form Contact Us to be removed.

Do you have specific washing instructions for your garments?

What should I do if a parcel hasn't been delivered by the specified date?

A

This is very rare, but if this should occur, contact our Sales Department on +44 (0)1943 601938 or email us at enquiries@footballkit.co.uk and they will be able to look into any possible delays for you.

Q

How many items can I request on a sample order?

A

Samples are strictly limited to 6 garments only (however a Rio shirt + Baselayer counts as 1 garment) and we are unable to send samples of accessories. Should you place a sample request and already have a sample order (taking the total number of garments over 6) either in transit or in your possession we will hold the second request until the original items are either returned or paid for.
